Consumer Protection

The accommodated guest has the right to file an out-of-court settlement of such dispute to a designated subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is: Czech Trade Inspection, Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, email: , web: https://adr.coi.cz.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is a supervisory body supervising consumer protection, proceeding according to Act No. 64/1986 Coll., On the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, as amended, and other legal regulations. The website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is www.coi.cz.

Pursuant to Section 1837 (j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, a resident as a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the accommodation facility provides performance within the specified deadline.

Cancellation fees:
- Free cancellation 2 days before arrival
- 100 % from reservation price when canceling reservation less than 2 days before arrival

Check-in is from 14:00 till 20:30 and check-out is till 11:00.

Our reception is opened everyday only from 8:00 AM till 8:30 PM.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival at the guesthouse. Breakfast, VAT included. An accommodation fee of 21 CZK per person/night is payable at the reception.

Cancellation of the reservation must be made directly to the hotel. Cancellation is possible 48 hours in advance, outside of these dates (for reservations with arrival from 8/10/2023 to 13/10/2023) where cancellation is possible 45 days in advance.

If you do not cancel on time or if you do not arrive, you will be billed for the entire stay as a contractual penalty.
